Meet Ron Zohar

Ron Zohar is a multinational sculptress based in Madrid, Spain since 2006 .

Her media is mainly terra-cotta, fiberglass and bronze sculpture and photography.

Discovering art at around the age of 15, was a life saving experience for her; finally, The world became a place she could see her self taking part of, and relate to.

As an artist, she often explores the Men/Animal relations; fascinated by the necessity of human to declare it self distinguished from the "savage”.

Other theme who is recurrent in her work is the formation of life , and motherhood, as an allegory to the artistic creation.

She searches to inspire for a Neo feminist, hight resonance matriarchal world.

She conceives art as an inherent and essential part of human existence.

Graduated at multidisciplinary arts from Tel-Aviv university , she´s been dedicated to all areas of artistic world ever since.

She had exhibit her works in cities such as Paris, Zurich, Monaco and London amongst others. 

she got elected and won various prizes and recently, got nominated to the prestigious Spanish Reina Sofia Prize in "Casa de Vacas", Madrid.
